An Eye On It is provided by SAMI SWAIN WEB SPINNER UK LTD. You must be 18 or over to create an account. By using it, you agree to use the app lawfully, only where you have the right to monitor, and with respect for the privacy of other people.

Permitted use

Use An Eye On It for personal monitoring such as your home, pets, birdhouse, nursery check-ins or other spaces you are responsible for.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for where you place a camera device, who can see the stream, and whether local laws require notice or consent. Keep pairing codes private, review viewer access and revoke people who should no longer be able to watch. Do not use An Eye On It to record or monitor people where you do not have permission or a lawful reason to do so.

Camera mode must remain visibly open. You must not attempt to disguise the camera phone or use the service for covert monitoring.

Important safety limits

An Eye On It is not emergency equipment, professional security equipment, medical equipment or certified baby-monitor hardware. It does not replace adult supervision.

Service availability

Live viewing depends on your devices, battery, network connection, app-store software, backend availability and WebRTC connectivity. We work to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Subscriptions

Version 1 launches free. If paid plans are introduced later, they will be offered through Apple App Store and Google Play once billing is enabled. Plan benefits, prices and cancellation details will be shown before purchase.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app or request deletion from the account deletion page.
